Q: My Drive has failed!, What do I do?
A: Don't Panic, download this
document and fill it in with all your details. Package the drive and hand it in to Databusters Data Recovery 27 Ingram St Glasgow G1 1HA (old fire station merchant city)

Q: What does it cost?
A: No cost to look at a drive! Depending on the fail, cost can vary, as a rough guide cost will be between £200-£400*

*In the rare event that due to parts a recovery will exceed this guide price, this will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Most jobs are completed in a couple of days, some same day, obviously from time to time some jobs do take longer.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

Yes in the form of a payment link

Q: Should I let my I.T Support look at it first?
A: As good as some technical people are, even with all the will in the world they can end up doing more harm than good when they get a hard drive in front of them.

Q: How is recovered data returned to me?
A: Small Amount of data 10-15GB would be DVD, anything above that and I usually ask for a replacement External Drive to copy everything onto or a Loan drive can be supplied.
